Choose Published (live) or Latest draft, then refresh. Toggle sold-out on items as needed. Published is what guests and AI see live; latest draft is the most recent unpublished menu (for example after PDF import without “publish immediately”). PDF upload alone does not change either until you use Import to menu.

Upload a PDF with real text (not a pure scan). We extract lines with prices, guess section headers, and build categories and items. Use Import to menu on an upload to create a draft menu (then refresh Menu inventory). Complex layouts may need cleanup in the Menu API.
